Is It A Holiday Movie? is a place to debate whether movies count as holiday movies. Verdicts reflect movie keywords and the opinions of the community, not facts or professional advice. Movie information comes from The Movie Database (TMDB) and may be incomplete or out of date. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the site at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Use an email address you control, and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person, so that community results stay fair.

Your contributions

You keep ownership of the votes, answers, and display name you contribute. You give us permission to store, display, and combine them with other users’ contributions to run and promote the site, including after they have been combined into community totals.

Display names must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to vote, answer, or otherwise manipulate community results.
• Scrape the site or its data in bulk.
• Interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Third-party content and links

The site shows content from and links to other services, including TMDB, YouTube, streaming services, and retailers. Some retailer links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission on purchases. We are not responsible for other sites, their content, or their products, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, and code belong to us. Movie titles, posters, images, and trailers belong to their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
